Retail Innovations
Retail Innovations is the specialist retail arm of Lloyd Northover, formed as a result of the acquisition of Retail Planning Innovations (RPI) in 2006. As a focused management consultancy specialising in retail strategy, operations and design, Retail Innovations’ services provide a complement to Lloyd Northover’s established branding and communications solutions.
Retail Innovations is led by Eric Doherty and Paul Etgart, the former owners of RPI. Both Eric and Paul had extensive careers with leading UK retailers prior to the establishment of RPI; Paul was formerly Director of Retail Planning and Design at Tesco, where he led the development of their extensive range of stores and was instrumental in Tesco’s move to the number one position in British food retail.
