Andrew Dixon - Marketing and Loyalty

Andrew has 20 years’ experience with leading FMCG companies in the branded consumer products and retail sectors including Avon Cosmetics, Procter & Gamble, Boehringer Pharmaceuticals and Tesco.

Whilst at Tesco, Andrew was responsible for the marketing and commercial development of the Express C-store and fuel store format, and as Marketing Director of Tesco in Poland he oversaw the creation and launch of some of the first hypermarket stores within the Tesco group.

He also headed up Tesco Clubcard – the loyalty and customer insight programme with over ten million members.
