Alan has vast retail and supply chain experience and cross-functional expertise working for major international retailers such as Tesco and Waitrose.
He has a well-proven track record in delivering strategic direction and leadership across diverse environments. Prior to becoming a consultant Alan was Director of Retail Systems for Tesco, where he was responsible for devising the strategy, managing supply chain initiatives, and developing store stock ordering systems and stock management systems.
He was also responsible for bringing substantial cost reduction to all retail operational procedures.
