Barry Mills - Supply Chain

Barry had a long career in IT spending the last 25 years with Tesco where he focused on the supply chain.
After periods in conventional project management and analysis disciplines Barry created an internal business consultancy role. His responsibility was to create strategic and tactical system proposals for board level consideration.

During his career he has seen the creation from scratch of today’s world class supply chain. He was involved in all of the major initiatives gaining unparalleled experience in the implementation of lean principles and the application of leading edge technology.

Barry’s experience at Tesco and proven ability to work with external partners ideally equips him to provide a supply chain consultancy service to our clients.
