Cathy has 18 years retailing experience,
with major multiples such as BHS, Debenhams and Tesco. Cathy’s focus is on
change management; she combines her Human Resources skills to cover both
organisational change and personal development.
Following her operational line management experience in the retail sector, Cathy has developed her role as a consultant with the aim of ensuring business results are delivered in a style consistent with the ethos of our clients.
Cathy has a proven ability in functional leadership of large teams and influencing senior managers and directors. She believes that personal development is critical for delivering a high performance business.
