Chris Peake - Human Resources
Chris has been working as a
Management/Personnel Consultant assisting and enabling businesses to comply with
Employment Law and Health and Safety legislation. Prior to becoming a consultant
Chris worked within the retail sector in both operational, line management and
management/director development roles. Her role has included all aspects of
Employee Relations, influencing policy and development of regional personnel,
store managers, and directors.
Chris believes that her ability to enable people to recognise the correlation between personal growth development and delivering business goals is fundamental to individual and business growth. As such Chris builds and sustains strong trusting relationships with individuals, which she considers to be key to her success as a consultant and a coach. Chris enjoys all forms of development methods, particularly executive coaching.
