Colin Wright - Meat Production and Operations
Colin has spent over 40 years in the fresh
meat industry working in a variety of development and training roles. He is a
skilled butcher and experienced manager and was largely responsible for the
development of centrally prepared meat for Tesco.
His experience brings our clients the opportunity to make significant productivity improvements throughout the fresh meat supply chain. At the sharp end, Colin focuses on production planning and forecasting, labour scheduling, yield and waste management, product development and technical skills training.
Colin is equally at home in the abattoir, distribution centre, preparation room and behind the shop counter serving the customer.
