Jo has 20 years of diverse business experience ranging from Market Research, Marketing Initiatives, Project and Change Management. Her legacy at Tesco includes moving the business to be totally customer-orientated through the use of independent research.

Jo’s key experiences in Tesco have been leading the Market Research department, changing the company ethos to being totally customer-driven. Her skills includes Brand research, many innovative techniques to really understand customers and her objectivity and integrity.

Jo’s other achievements include initiating employee research, launching Customer Assistants and Bag for Life and launching and integrating the Values programme. Other responsibilities have included managing the HR function in Tesco.com and improving project and change management processes.
