Lesley is an IT expert and has worked for 15 years for major retailers. With extensive experience leading teams in Europe and the Far East, she focuses on improving connections between IT and business.
As the IT Manager for Tesco Poland, she was responsible for implementing systems for the hypermarket store opening programme and building a strong IT capability to support the business. She has also implemented major new merchandise management and supply chain systems and processes for Tesco in Hong Kong and South Korea.
Recently, Lesley has worked with Marks and Spencer on the strategic direction of their food supply chain programme.
