Mike is pivotal in the development process, liaising with and co-ordinating the efforts of clients’ internal departments, such as store planning, refrigeration, and engineering; and working closely with external service companies and government agencies. Mike understands the contributions and requirements of all disciplines involved in Real Estate development include architects, highway engineers, services engineers, quantity surveyors, and local government officials.  Outside the retail arena, Mike has dealt with residential, hotel and commercial projects. Mike’s work in the Middle East has helped redefine clients’ site development practices and property acquisition strategies.
