Mike Higgs - Retail Operations

Mike is a former Retail Trading Director for Tesco.  He controlled stores with a turnover of $1bn+.  Mike represents the driving force linking the consumer and the retail operation.  Retail Innovations’s Retail Operations specialists work with clients to ensure their customers’ expectations are met and exceeded by their retail outlets.  Mike Higgs works with other Retail Innovations consultants to ensure that all elements of the customer offer are delivered; the building, the products, the staff, and the policies and procedures followed.
