Peter Addington - Packaging Development

Peter has spent the whole of his 30-year career in packaging, mainly within the food and drink industries.

The first twenty years were spent with multi-national companies, including Cadbury Schweppes where he was Packaging Development Manager for Schweppes International, and Express Foods Group, a major UK dairy group where he ably filled the role of Corporate Packaging Advisor.  Peter moved into consultancy in 1989 and since then has carried out major packaging projects in America, mainland Europe and India, as well as for many UK food and non-food companies.

Peter’s knowledge of food and drink packaging is extensive and he is a regular contributor on food packaging subjects at the Leatherhead Food Research Association, one of the principle centres in the UK for food technology.
