Peter Martin - Retail Operations

Peter brings 25 years of multi-functional and operational experience to Retail Innovations, gained both nationally and internationally with Tesco, Tesco Personal Finance and Health Clinic Plc.  Peter is able to deal with every aspect of the stores; the staff, the working processes and new customer initiatives to achieve an improvement in their performance.

During his time as a retail director, Peter achieved sales increases of over 35%. His extensive personnel management skills led to a reduction in labour turnover of 10%, growth in staff loyalty, and enabled the successful integration of staff and stores acquired from other companies.  Although definitely a Retailer, Peter brings a unique combination of experience in financial services, and property acquisition and development. He fulfils roles as troubleshooter and change manager with equal determination and professionalism.
