Peter Milne - Store Planning
Peter has worked extensively in store
planning and development, spending the majority of his career at Tesco, where he
held the position of Head of Store Planning for a number of years. Through
continual new store openings, refits and extensions during this period he helped
to increase the average stores’ sales area from1,500m2 to 2,400m2
and Tesco’s overall turnover from $3.5bn to $17bn.
As a store planner Peter works closely with the client, estates construction, space planning and commercial buying team members to deliver the most effective retail environments to the customer.
A new look programme can yield tangible customer service enhancements and help to boost overall turnover significantly.
