Rob, as one of Retail Innovations’s
Human Resource specialists, is able to contribute to projects at both a
strategic and operational level. Much of his experience has involved the project
management of major organisational change including business creations, mergers,
acquisitions, disposals, and restructures. At Retail Innovations, Rob brings a pragmatic and
practical approach to the people side of the business benefiting from careers
both as an HR specialist and as a senior general manager.
Rob, who has degrees in psychology and organisational psychology, began his HR
career in management development before taking on generalist HR roles. With
diverse experience in retailing, financial services and telecomms, Rob is now an
Retail Innovations consultant who brings a wide range of expertise gained at board-level to our
work.
With excellent consultancy skills, comprehensive HR know-how and an
understanding of the people, Rob is able to operate as a facilitator, advisor,
coach or consultant.
