A recent addition to
the Retail Innovations team, Richard is a board level operator. As Sales and Marketing Director
with the world’s largest airport retailer, Richard successfully managed a wide
variety of tenders and concession contracts. Richard’s earlier career includes
considerable time in marketing and customer service roles at Safeway UK.
A hands-on marketer, Richard brings a good combination of strategic thinking and practical application. His business development focus enables him to determine the real customers’ needs and create the most appropriate solution to maximise revenue. Richard’s specialist skills are in B2B, retail and merchandising concept development, store design, and commercial planning. Richard is the winner of numerous marketing awards and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
