Richard McNamara - Human Resources
Richard is an HR consultant with a thorough
understanding of how to bring about effective change. He has wide experience in
retail financial services, manufacturing and distribution and retail operations.
His positions have included Personnel
Director, Divisional Personnel Manager, Group Personnel and Training Manager. He
has also held a senior operations manager role in financial services and hence
can bring operational context to HR matters.
As a consultant, Richard has advised a UK based international retail company on the development of strategic change and assisted with a programme of empowering and developing the management team. He has also been involved in advising a Middle East based retail chain on the development of Human Resources policy and Senior Management Development. Richard is professionally qualified being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
