Robert Pollard - Marketing and General Management

Robert is a specialist retail marketing and business development professional with over 20 years experience of working with directors and senior executives to deliver sustained improvement in business performance.

Highly pragmatic, he has wide ranging expertise as a manager, operator and consultant. The latter has involved extensive periods of working inside retail businesses to ensure effective implementation, acting as change catalyst and board level coach. He has significant expertise across key retail functions of buying, merchandising, retail operations and marketing with particular strength in new concept development and format regeneration.

He is able to draw on a wealth of experience across many retail sectors encompassing, amongst others, DIY, food, fashion, department stores, financial services and opticians, working with many leading retail brands.
