thirty-five years experience in the bakery industry, twenty-five of which have
been spent in major supermarkets in the UK and overseas. He is an

Toni spent a two years in Poland opening bakeries countrywide for Tesco in the large-scale "hypermarket" format. In all Toni has opened over 100 profitable in-store bakeries.
Additionally he has managed training and development workshops at all levels, from general assistants through to store managers and even at director level. Toni’s expertise is instrumental in developing and driving the essential skills and understanding required for successful management of fresh food throughout the supermarket business.
