LLOYD NORTHOVER EXPANDS RETAIL OFFERING WITH ACQUISITION OF Retail Innovations

Experiential brand and design consultancy, Lloyd Northover, today announced that it has acquired Retail Innovations (Retail Innovations), a management consultancy specialising in retail strategy, operations and design.

A 70 consultant strong organisation, Lloyd Northover is devoted to helping clients build value and gain competitive advantage by transforming how people feel about their business – both internally and externally. The additional expertise in development of the retail sector offered by Retail Innovations will take advantage of enormous opportunities and creates a highly competitive offering with the advantage of their experience working in diverse and emerging markets such as Russia and India.

The new company, which is to consolidate under the Lloyd Northover brand, will be led by Mike Taylor, the chief executive, with Paul Etgart, managing director of Retail Innovations, becoming Principal Retail Consultant and Eric Doherty taking on the position of Retail Director.
