People - There are two types of people required in any retail business, staff and customers. Retail Innovations’s Human Resources team deal with all aspects of staff recruitment, training and development, whilst our Marketing experts handle customer services, loyalty marketing programmes and communications.

We offer a discreet headhunting service for key executives, supported with organisational structures, mass recruitment and selection programmes, psychometric testing and personality profiling.  Retail teams are complex; Retail Innovations can advise on a variety of programmes covering cultural awareness, change, corporate communications, team building, mentoring, coaching, and performance improvement.

Our approach to customer service includes internal business initiatives removing head office and store barriers. Retail Innovations’s operations team deliver corporate customer service initiatives at the front line. These can include complaints handling, reward and loyalty, community programmes, and self service initiatives. The marketing team consider product and company advertising strategies hand-in-hand with customer and segment data, focusing and maximising expenditure and other resources.
